1. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations made through El Vistra Hotel are subject to availability and acceptance by the hotel. Guests must guarantee their reservation at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Booking Guarantee and Payment
- 50% or Full payment is required to guarantee your reservation
- Remaining balance must be settled upon check-in
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway (Xendit), and cash for walk-in guests
Recurring Payments and Card Authorization
For your convenience, El Vistra Hotel may process recurring charges for:
- Security deposits: A refundable security deposit of Php 2,000.00 per room per night via cash authorization for incidental charges upon check-in
- Incidental charges: Additional services, damages, cleaning fees, or any other charges incurred during your stay
- Event photography fees: When coordinating photoshoot events with our Front Desk
By providing your payment card information, you authorize El Vistra Hotel to charge the card for all applicable fees and charges related to your stay. All charges will be processed in accordance with Philippine regulations and payment security standards.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM (early check-in subject to room availability with corresponding charges)
- Check-out time: 12:00 Noon (late check-out subject to room availability with corresponding charges)
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register
- A valid identification card or passport is required upon check-in
3. Room Occupancy and Guests
- Maximum occupancy: Two (2) adults and two (2) children below eleven (11) years old per room
- Children 0-11 years old are free of room charge but without breakfast
- Extra person charge: Php 1,000.00 (includes extra bed and breakfast)
- For breakfast: Children 4 years old and below are free. Children 5-11 years old will be charged 50% of extra breakfast price upon consumption
4. Hotel Policies
Security and Safety
- A valid identification card must be presented by all registered and non-registered visitors of in-house guests
- Carrying firearms in the Hotel is strictly prohibited. Please declare and submit firearms to the Front Office
- The Hotel reserves the right to reinforce health and safety measures among our guests
- Visitors in rooms or joining guests who are not family members are strictly prohibited
No-Party and Smoking Policy
- We strictly enforce a No-Party Room Policy in all guest accommodations
- Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in rooms. A cleaning fee of Php 10,000.00 will be imposed for violations
Prohibited Items
- No pets allowed
- Objects that may create disturbance are not allowed
- Fruits with offensive odor are not allowed in hotel premises
- Bringing-in food and beverages is not allowed without prior approval and corresponding fees
5. Charges and Damages
- Any items (linens, towels, and operating equipment) that are stained, damaged, or broken will be charged accordingly
- Incidentals such as telephone calls, laundry, and lost keys will be charged to the guest
- Additional charges may apply for special requests including early check-in, late check-out, and event photography coordination
6. Event Photography
Photoshoot events must be coordinated with the Front Desk. Our designated Representative will discuss the terms and corresponding fees.
7. Liability
EL Vistra Hotel’s liability for valuables and effects of Hotel’s Guest shall be governed by Article 1998 of the Civil Code of the Philippines. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuable items.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Angeles City, Pampanga.
